We worked with ELLEN SANFORD, there are not enough words to explain how awesome the experience was!! I am a no nonsense person, who knows what I want and will look, search, and hunt everywhere (under rocks and deep in the woods) until that "ah ha" place. Ellen was on board for all of my goofy, off the wall, out of the way aventures... Our process lasted for about a year plus. We live out of state, so I would look and research areas, send info to Ellen or she would send ones she found, look it up and set up a long list of places to "power" view when we came up. It was over the weekend or during the week, she was very flexible. When we found a place to view and were not able to make it up, my son (who already lives in Priest River) would meet her and view it, taking video or facetime for live feed back. At times we would come up with the whole family (daughter, son-in-law, granddaughter and son with fiance') she never missed a beat. She was loving to my family and engaged eagerly with us as a whole. We finally found our forever home... negotiations were not easy as the owner was a bit difficult. After what seemed like months of negotiations (not really), we reached an agreement. It was less than a month when we signed papers and received the keys, we were able to access the place right away and spend our first night (Feb. 2020). Ellen came over in the next few days with a wonderful welcome basket, visited for awhile then let us get comfortable. Through this whole process Ellen has become more than a "realtor" she is someone I consider a friend. She remains in contact with us, checking in and wishing us well and holiday blessings. When Ellen says "from the heart" she truly means it. I hold her in my heart for taking such good care of us. I am excited to see her reactions to all the progress we have made with our place, it is totally a beautiful dream brought into reality!!!When my daughter and family move up here she will be our "go-to" as well as anyone else I know of, who is looking to buy a home in the realtors group area.

Haven is a wonderfully supportive team business. All the agents are beyond helpful and work as a team. Labrina at haven helped me find a rental/ income property for a family member. She was very responsive and helpful during the whole process. She was able to secure a wonderful property for me in a highly competitive market. She's very familiar with the different areas of spokane and surrounding areas as she was born and raised here. I highly recommended Haven and Labrina Winfrey.

Working with Cambria and her team was great! She was always professional, did what she said she was going to do, and was very knowledgeable in our complete transaction! I would highly recommend her for any real estate transaction!

If you were to look in Webster's dictionary for the perfect real estate broker you will find Cambria Henry's picture! She is extremely unbelievable. Picked us up from our hotel in the rain, drove us around for two days listening to the three of us and our wants and needs. She fit us in the perfect house with everything possible that we could need. Cambria showed us not just property's but politeness and respect. I would HIGHLY recommend Cambria for anyone's real estate needs. She's a star!!

My husband and I worked with Cambria and she always went above and beyond from just starting to look for a home to finding one and making sure things worked smoothly. She was always so incredibly helpful as she walked us through the process, answering our many many questions as new home buyers. I can't thank her enough for all her hard work. We wouldn't have been able to buy our home without her!

We have battled the last 8 years to sell our house in Spokane and it has been a tremendous burden on our family with having renters in and out after our family moved away from Spokane. As a result, we were often making double mortgage payments in our efforts to sell our home. We had been referred to Cambria Henry and we had been told she was one of the best agents in Spokane. I can officially echo that this is true without question. I can't write enough to articulate how wonderful Cambria and her team are. Our Spokane has officially been sold and 100 percent of the credit goes to Cambria Henry and her team. Cambria is the most incredible agent that I have ever worked with and it is not even close. She demonstrated a strong understanding of the market, she marketed our home aggressively across multiple venues, went to bat for us in negotiations, and constantly went above and beyond what a typical agent would do. I can truly say that I felt Cambria took a sincere interest in our challenging situation and did everything within her power to help us sell our home. She listened to me and was incredibly responsive every time I had a question, concern, or needed clarification on something relevant to our house. In addition, the process of listing, negotiations, and closing was smooth and successful due to Cambria and her team. She was amazing and I felt like she truly cared for my family and went to great lengths to make our hope of selling our home a reality. Thank you Cambria for being amazing, incredibly talented, and effectively one of the best agents in Spokane. You're absolutely fantastic. Anyone trying to sell or buy a home, I would highly recommend that Cambria Henry and Haven Real Estate group should be your first step. You will quickly learn that you're working with the best in the market. We tried several agents to sell our house and were unsuccessful to the point where we seriously questioned if we were going to sell our Spokane house. It became a whole new ball game with Cambria and she made things happen for us.Thanks,Travis Poulsen

Cambria and her team were a breath of fresh air to us as we switched realtors after our contract to sell our home was up with our previous agent. She uses unique and progressive strategies that we hadn't previously seen in the Spokane market. It was refreshing! After meeting with Cambria and other realtors, it was a no-brainer to choose her and her team and avail ourselves of all the advantages they offered. We felt very much "in the loop" with what was happening and all our calls and texts were answered promptly and professionally. We would choose her again!

We were thrilled with Cambria and Robert as agents! We had tried to sell our home for 2 years with no luck. Finally we hired these guys. So glad we did.

Cambria clearly has a first class approach to real estate. She really listens to what we are looking for and asks really great questions. We have come to realize that we are actually not all that certain about what we really want! But, we feel that we are being expertly guided through all the available options. Cambria is patiently ruling our neighborhoods and home characteristics we are sure we do not want and at the same time highlighting features that we have consistently indicated that we really like in homes (like open kitchen / dining... 3 bedrooms on the same floor, etc - when we started our search, we had not even realized that those things were a MUST). Anyways, we are so grateful for Cambria's expertise and professionalism. She truly cares and takes great pride in helping her clients.

Working with Cambria was so much smoother than any other transaction we had encountered. We had tried to sell our home a couple of years ago and the entire process was a mess! The agent wouldn't even let us out of our contract when we had not heard from him in a month! It was different with Cambria. She always tried to answer our questions as quickly as possible and when she did not know the answer to something she would get back to us as soon as she could.

Andrey was so great to work with! He sincerely wants what’s best for you and will work with you to get what you need. He was such a pleasure to work with and I would definitely recommend him to anyone who asks

Andrey was awesome! Definitely went above and beyond in helping me become a home owner. Even when I was having a hard time finding what I was looking for, he never gave up. Always in good spirits, and moved things along very fast when timing was important. Very happy with my experience.

We bought our home last year, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience working with Andrey Margunov! Highly recommend Andrey to anyone looking for a great realtor!

Highly recommend Andrey as a young and upcoming real estate agent in Spokane. He strongly represented our interests and fought for the best price for us. We looked for two years and finally found our retirement home with an offer going in quickly. He never lost his enthusiasm and understood what we liked and were looking for.

Andrey was easy to work with. Easy to reach and if you miss him he will reach out back to you in a very timely manner. Very friendly guy who loves his job and people.

We had a wonderful experience working with Andrey as our Realtor! He was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cared about helping us throughout the process. He made everything feel smooth and straightforward, answered our questions, and was always there when we needed him. We truly appreciated his help and always positive and optimistic attitude! We would highly recommend Andrey to anyone looking for a great Realtor. Thank you, Andrey, for making this such a positive experience!

We are very happy with our experience having Andrey as an agent. He really knows the area, is well-versed in all the nuances of the market and is always happy to go the extra mile to help out. We look forward to working together again!

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Andrey and have always been impressed by his professionalism, communication, and dedication to his clients. He makes the home inspection process smooth and collaborative, ensuring his clients feel informed and supported throughout the transaction. As a home inspector, I appreciate working with realtors who prioritize transparency, attention to detail, and their clients’ best interests. I would highly recommend Andrey to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, reliable, and professional real estate agent!

Andrey helped us immensely in finding a home that fit out parameters and our budget. He was super patient as we looked at house after house, and his knowledge in the market was exceptional. Never were we pressured to make any decision that we were not comfortable with. He was very responsive to all of our texts/calls, often working above and beyond to help us out with whatever step we were in the home buying process. A great attitude and a positive outlook. I'd recommend him without hesitation!

Andrey Morgunov helped our family buy a wonderful home in September. We had very specific needs and many limitations, but he patiently toured dozens of homes with us and helped us find the perfect fit within a couple of months. He was incredibly responsive, even late at night, and willing to travel far for showings. When challenges came up with the paperwork, he guided us through every step, all the way to receiving our keys. Even after the purchase, he’s always happy to offer advice. We’re so grateful for his professionalism, patience, and genuine care. Highly recommend!
